STS understands the importance of working closely with the participant and their supports to achieve the best housing outcome.    

 

STS acts in the best interests of the participant.

STS is engaged by 4 main groups:

 

1. Participants and their Supports

Whether before or after the participants’ NDIS Plans have been approved

 

2. Support Coordinators

    Working collaboratively with Support Coordinators and Occupational Therapists to assist them to achieve the appropriate SDA outcomes for their clients.

​

3. SIL Providers

     Assisting SIL providers to meet their participant’s housing needs by finding and securing the appropriate accommodation in the location of choice.

​

4. Housing Providers, Care Organisations, Investors and Developers

These groups seek outcomes for Participants as an essential and integral step toward projects being delivered and participants achieving suitable SDA housing.
